Our Formation in Religious Life
"A journey of lifelong learning, spiritual deepening, and joyful service as we discover how to prepare our hearts for a life dedicated to God."
We believe that answering God's call requires a holistic development of the mind, body, and spirit. Our formation program is designed to integrate personal experiences with the professional and ministerial competencies needed to meet the “signs of the times” in the world today.
Through various stages of discernment, our sisters grow in their Franciscan mission of love, simplicity, and dedication to those in need—following the joyful path laid out by St. Francis of Assisi.
Stages of Formation
"Whoever feels called by God to join us in our mission is welcome. Formation is a journey with God, as we discern our call."

Ongoing Formation
"Development of ministerial competencies to meet the needs of the world today."
Ongoing formation is the holistic development of mind, body, and spirit. It is the deep integration of experiences, along with the continual development of personal, professional, and ministerial competencies.
As we live into the "now" of our Franciscan mission, we read the “signs of the times” and express ourselves in a variety of endeavours, collaborating with religious and lay individuals alike to meet the modern world’s needs.
