Perpetual Vows
“I am my Beloved’s and my Beloved is mine.” This stage marks the final “Yes” to a life of service and prayer.
After the years of temporary profession, the Sister formally requests admittance to Perpetual Vows. This is a permanent commitment to live the rest of her life in poverty, chastity, and obedience according to our Rule and Constitutions.
The Symbols of Final Profession
During this beautiful celebration, the Sister receives:
- ♰ A Perpetual Ring: A sign of her permanent marriage to Christ and her fidelity to the Church.
- ♰ The Blessing: A solemn consecration by the Church, confirming her place in the community forever.
