Early Life & Roots

I was born **Mahubutu Isdorina Kotelo** on August 11, 1982, in Mohale’s Hoek, Lesotho. I am the daughter of the late Alexis Sekhola Kotelo and the late Antonia Mamotseho Kotelo, and the third born of five children. My faith journey began at **Mt. Carmel Catholic Church**, where I was a devoted Child of Mary.

My education started at Ramatali Primary School in Lesotho, followed by Motsekua High School and Paul VI High School in Mohale’s Hoek. These formative years in Lesotho laid the foundation for my calling to religious life.

"I joined the Franciscan Sisters of Siessen in March 2002 and began my Noviciate in 2004. I celebrated my first profession on January 14, 2011, and committed my life through my final vows."

A Journey of Service

2002: Joined Franciscan Sisters of Siessen

Ministry & Impact

My ministry has been diverse, with a strong focus on early childhood development and the formation of new sisters. I worked at **La-Verna Creche** in Botshabelo and **Modisa ya Molemo Creche** in Ladybrand. My passion for formation took me to Kenya in 2013 for a specialized course, allowing me to work with candidates, postulates, and novices at **Assisi ** formation house.
